Bhuvan with the savings from Tiguna Lagaan visits Chicago along with Gori(Kareena Kapoor Khan from Gori Tere Pyar me...).. Bhuvan unfamiliar with the plot and when prompted by Sahir falls into the trap ignoring all the warnings of BoA and Stock Agencies, Bhuvan with Blessings of Mayawati decides to the take challenge and forms team with Aam Aadmi volunteers.

Sahir so far in the hideout , finds idea of  racing with scooty insulting and complains to Inspector Robinhood Pandey but he fails to come to rescue citing his occupancy with Big Boss. Andy crows fowl here and asks Sahir to vote for him, so that he can help once comes out, on which Azaz comments out "Ek Number Manus".Gauhar says "No Kushaal" consistently in the background.

Bhuvaan offers to race on Kemford Road temple on Monday traffic, idea which draws sharp criticism by Congress supporters as it sounds communal citing Monday to be day of Lord Shiva, but gets support by Shiv Sena.

Finally on the race day, when they go to fuel station they find CNG prices hiked, they get called by Kejriwaal and asked by them to use Metro train as the racing instrument considering austerity.

This comes as emotional setout to Sahir whose father driving tvs luna having Metro tyres wearing Metro Chappals died in wait of Metro train near Metro Store in not so metro city , Bangalore;and thus calls the race quits and offer Bhuvaan the chance to rob the bank.

Finally the truth prevails and Bhuvaan gets bail on a condition he should endorse the lungi dance song and finally all live happily ever after.
